JBRplas was founded in 1995 by Mr. Chen Liang, who has been involved in the mold industry since 1984. Mr. Liang learned his mold-making skills from his Hong Kong master, one of the pioneers of China's plastic mold manufacturing since 1979. To this day, he remains actively involved in JBRplas, providing ongoing technical guidance. As a family-owned company, JBRplas is now transitioning to its second generation. Steven Liang joined the company in 2017 and was appointed General Manager in 2021. Holding a bachelor’s degree from the UK, Steven plays a key role in supporting overseas customers. Thanks to this background, the JBRplas team operates without language barriers and has a strong understanding of Western business practices, including a firm commitment to contractual professionalism. This makes us a preferred partner among injection mold manufacturers in China for global clients.
JBRplas specializes in integrated manufacturing services, with core competencies in mold making, injection molding, surface decoration, and final assembly. Our operations are supported by a 10,000㎡ workshop and a team of approximately 150 full-time employees, including 50 skilled and experienced mold technicians. We maintain complete in-house capabilities—from design and machining to mold trial—enabling us to deliver higher efficiency and better cost control throughout the production process. Equipped with extensive experience in serving overseas markets, we adhere to international quality standards and deliver hundreds of molds and millions of custom plastic parts globally each year. Our production floor operates with 30 injection molding machines, ranging from 100 to 470 tons, running on two shifts per day, six days a week to ensure reliable and scalable output.
